How long will the cleaning take?
Usually, an end of tenancy cleaning can take between 3 and 6 hours. However, it is best to leave us at least 10 hours of access so we can make sure everything is done impeccably.
How long do I have to leave the carpets to dry?
For best results, avoid stepping on the carpets for at least 24 hours after the cleaning to prevent re-soiling and deforming of the fibres.
Do I have to defrost my fridge and freezer in advance?
Please ensure that the fridge and freezer at the rental property are defrosted at least 24 hours prior the service begins. Otherwise, our technicians will be unable to clean it.
Do you clean external windows or hard to reach internal windows?
Yes, we provide this service, but it is not a part of our end of lease cleaning package. If you choose to add exterior window cleaning to your booking, it will be charged as a separate service. However, when you schedule a window cleaning together with an end of lease cleaning, we will give you a special discount for using multiple services.
Do you clean lofts?
No. Due to safety and health risks, we do not clean lofts.
Do you clean blood, faeces, or bodily fluids?
No, we don’t clean human or animal blood, faeces, or other bodily fluids. This job requires risk assessment and specialised cleaning.
Do you clean walls? Get rid of wall marks?
No, we do not clean walls and get rid of scuff marks. Removing dirty spots from the walls is best done before our end of tenancy cleaning service.
Do you provide end of tenancy cleaning near me?
We are a London based company and can provide services in any area within M25. So, yes, if your location is within Greater London, you can hire us for an tenancy cleaning.
Do I have to pay for parking fees or congestion charges?
That is the only additional charge that you might have to plan in your move-out cleaning budget. Our team always tries to find a free spot for the service vehicle. Still, if there is no parking, and the rental is within the congestion zone, the customer will be asked to cover the parking fee. Of course, you can consider booking our end of tenancy cleaning service on the weekend (or a bank holiday) when the congestion charges in London do not apply.
What is included in the End of Tenancy Cleaning Service?
Our service includes a deep cleaning of your property, excluding deep cleaning of white goods, carpet cleaning, and upholstery cleaning.
Do you clean carpets and upholstery?
As a part of our service, all upholstered furniture and carpets are vacuumed thoroughly. If you need a deep cleaning and stain removal, you can add carpet cleaning or upholstery cleaning to booking. We will give you a discounted price for booking multiple services.
Do you clean the oven?
Yes. Professional oven cleaning is a part of our end of lease service. Technicians dip the removable pieces of the appliance in a container, filled with a solution to dissolve grime and grease. Our move-out cleaners will scrub, wipe, and polish the oven inside and out.
Do I need to be at the property?
Our technicians can do the job while you are away, but you still have to be present in the beginning and at the end of the service. It is good to be there to greet our team and discuss the specifics before we start cleaning. We also need your presence after the service to check our work, sign off the end of tenancy cleaning checklist, and make the payment. You can pay for the cleaning job both with a card or with cash.
